Were not aisle and stub hub said they could not do anything about it. They said that it is the seller who lied but stub hub woulf not give me name to sue in small claims. It is a fraud what they are doing and take no responsibility for it.
stub hub is knowingly selling tickets with false information In fact since the SF Giants gave their business to Stub Hub I will never attend a Giants game again. The Giants are to blame just as much, Can anyone say ignorance I mean steroids

| 1. Written by ColoradoJimH, on 10-10-2008 13:11 Stubhub sold me invalid tickets belonging, to James Manfredonia of NYC, to was on September 18th Yankees game. I have asked several times for an answer: Did they or the owner of the tickets commit fraud? No answer. Oh - they did send me a $200 credit. The cost of my trip exceeded $4k I do plan to submit a complaint to the NY Attorney General’s office. I hope this will work; I have my doubts. I see StubHub (an EBAY Co) donated to the AG’s political fund. |
